CIC's MILESTONES
2018
Inserm re-certification
Renewal of the Inserm certification of the CIC by the Hcéres (French High Council for the Evaluation of Research and Higher Education).
2013
Creation of INCREASE
Launch of the Increase structure (International Coordination Structure for Research Projects) which manages the implementation and coordination of European and national clinical research projects.
2012
Creation of ARCH
Support for Hospital Clinical Research.
The structure provides support for research both within the Limoges University Hospital and also outside the hospital walls (and in particular at the city level).
2010
Certification confirmation
The Inserm certification of the CIC is confirmed in view of the results obtained within 2 years.
Since its creation, the CIC-P 0801 (then the CIC 1435) has become the core clinical research structure within the institution.
2008
Clinical Investigation Center
The CRC obtains its first Inserm certification and becomes a multi-thematic CIC, focusing its research activity on the main certified topics of the Limoges University Hospital.
2005
Clinical Research Center
Born from a strong institutional will to develop clinical research at the University Hospital of Limoges, a Clinical Research Center (CRC) was created in 2005 within the Intensive Care Unit.
